CITI Error CC-502

I have been unable to connect to Citi with One Step Updates for over a week. This been a reoccurring problem that is usually fixed if I go through the hassle of deactivate and then reactivate the account. However, that dos not seem to be working this time.

This issue has been ongoing for months. It is extremely irritating. Why can't Quicken and Citi-Card get the thing resolved in a timely matter. What are the details of the problem?1
