When I type in my activation code - Quicken CRASHES

when I type in the activation code I purchased at the store the program crashes!

    Are you entering in the Quicken software?  Should use HELP > Enter activation code.

    Is this a "new" install or adding on to your subscription?

    If it's adding on, you can only add on within six months of the current subscription expiring.

    Thanks, Gary, but you don't understand the problem. My subscription ran out 12/3/21. The program is current in all updates. I have a legitimate new activation number. When I go to Help/enter activation code the program CRASHES!

    I suggest that you try this procedure to get a clean uninstall and then reinstall Quicken:

    Do the "If the steps" section but skip #2 the QCleanUI program will do the uninstall for you.
    Be sure to get the old folder renamed or deleted (they have you renaming in the instructions, but they aren't really worth saving they will get recreated).
