OL-362-A error with Vanguard

When doing the one-step update, I don't get any error messages for Vanguard, but transactions are not downloaded. I tried to download them from the Vanguard website, but get the OL-362-A error Your financial institution has downloaded data for an account which doesn't exist in your Quicken data file.
Tried to deactivate and reactivate the Vanguard accounts and validate the data file, but the issue persists.
At the present time, hardly any of my accounts update normally: multiple errors from Capital One, Citibank and Vanguard. I have been a Quicken customer for 24 years, but the quality of the product has become abysmal.
