Schwab Investment transactions still won't download

Despite updating today to Quicken version 36.48, Schwab investment transactions still cause an error CC-501 when trying to download. Quicken says you have to re-certify the account by pressing a button and then logging in to Schwab, but then you get a message saying "there's a problem" with re-registering, and the whole program freezes up when you try to cancel the process. Note that Schwab bank account transactions download just fine. It's only the investment account that is stuck in zzz-acct status. Please help.

    It seems that neither my Schwab One bank account transactions nor the Schwab One Investment transactions and dividends are visible since mid November. I have other Schwab IRA accounts and they work just as before.

    I am experiencing the exact same problem. I have tried validating the files and all other fixes offered by quicken. I am on hold with technical support as I write this
