Capital One Online Services Setup

It's has been about a month now that Capital One (credit card) started requesting to reactivate the account. Upon completing this process, it would state it had done so. It never really took. I deactivated online and have been unable to set it up since. It continuously returns a CC501 code and states not to contact Capital One.
I have seen multiple post from Quicken stating this issue has been escalated. I'm not seeing where that has done much good. Is there any update or a timeframe this will be resolved?
Thank you
