Upcoming Morgan Stanley Security Enhancements

Starting 12/12/21 Morgan Stanley is enhancing security features, which requires Quicken users to enable access on Morgan Stanley to continue to download accounts and transactions in Quicken.

If access is not enabled, users will receive an invalid login credential error when attempting to add or update accounts in Quicken.

To enable access:

1. Log in to Morgan Stanley Online.
2. Go to Security Center in the Services tab.
3. Select Edit next to Third party data sharing.
4. Set your preference to Yes
5. Then click Update.
