Chase investments down load issue

given all the issues with Schwab, i decided to reconcile my chase accounts and wouldn't you know it?
Appears in certain conditions (cash fund reinvestment - QCPCM) CHase steps on the next transaction. I have sent to Chase (see attached) and include here got general info.
