How to change Credit card or bank passwords

Changed most of my financial account passwords. Suggestions how to change passwords in quicken ?
What about the vault ? Access to it where is it? Possible to change paswords thru vault?

Tried to edit thru vault but all action buttons are grayed out.
After using steps I knew may work this resulted in transactions downloaded. But upo opening an account these transactions to match are not showing below list ??
yet when I try another process dialog box appears with "process transactions first: ??
Where are they hiding ? This has never happened before. This just occurred after changing account passwords I am a loss.
