How to get Truist (post Suntrust Migration) to reconcile?

I used Quicken with Suntrust for many years and if it didn't reconcile, I did something. After the migration to Truist, resetting username, password, and Resetting the account in Quicken, It will not balance week to week. Even my savings with has maybe two transactions in a month will be off by some number of cents each time I balance.
