CC-502 trying to connect to Frontwave Credit Union

This weekend (12/11) I started getting CC-502 error when trying to download from Frontwave Credit Union. Last weekend I was able to download. Two events since last week:
1. Closed Money Market and Saving account - only have checking now.
2. Quicken updated to version R36.48
I have tried:
1. updating checking account.
2. deactivating and re-activating checking account.
3. Reload backup from last week. Deactivate all three accounts. Activate checking.
4. Creating a new checking account and activating.
In all cases I closed quicken after each step. I have also tried reboot before activating.
In all cases I am still getting CC-502.
My FW account sends notification when someone logs in. When I performed downloads before I always received notification of a login. I did not receive login notification during any of my attempts to re-activate account or download transactions since error started.
Any Suggestions on how to fix this?
Randy
