Error cc 502 credit union

Is there any way to get around that error and down load the files

    I have had trouble for about a week now.

    I get it with a Citibank account.

    I spent two days on chat with two different agents and then I spent 1½ hours on the phone with another and I still don't have any way to automatically download with Express Web Connect. My subscription is up in two months and I'm happy that I didn't automatically transfer funds for renewal. I'm looking for another program. The "express web connect" was the big draw to Quicken and since it is undependable, why would I stay with it?

    Hello all,

    As you may have already noticed, there is an Alert out for multiple affected Credit Unions at this time.

    If your Credit Union seems to be affected but is not yet on the list, p    lease go to Help>Report a Problem, from within your Quicken software. From there you can provide a brief description and please leave the log files attached. Then send the report over to Quicken so we can review it and get your Credit Union added to the list.
