CC-501 Capital One - Deactivation of accounts

I too am experiencing the CC-501 issue with Capital One accounts, which I have 8. I tried all the recommended steps to correct the issue and have resolved to manually updating my accounts. But even though I have deactivated all of my Capital One accounts, Quicken update is still trying to update my accounts. So I have to hit cancel during the update process several times or X out of the popup screens for Capital One to get through updating all my other accounts.
PLEASE get this issue fixed.

I am having the exact same problem with my Capital One accounts -- it's been going on for weeks now. I think Quicken acknowledges the issue but as of today there is no ETA for a fix.0
