Pentagon Federal Credit Union CC-502

Many are currently having an issue updating PenFed into Quicken. I'd like to report that my issue is CC-502. (Others have reported other error messages)
I have downloaded .qfx files to update the accounts with success, but Quicken is still unable to detect PenFed accounts.
