why don't my schwab transactions appear in the cash register?

quicken says transactions have been downloaded but they don't appear anywhere

    Have 2 login accts w Schwab.
    One of those accts is a single acct; the other multiple.
    Neither can correct the proper cash balance; and thus then fails to download any transactions.
    I have to update cash balances manually 1st with an adj; then hope transactions come in.
    If Not I have to log into schwab, then manually add each transaction.
    Then I have to manually reconcile.
    This is a long drawn out procedure for 4 total accounts.
    Get crackin' and fix this!
