Cancelling subscription

Just wondering what happens if I cancel my subscription? I don't use any of the online stuff or connect/download banking transactions etc. I have the app installed on my laptop. Will I lose any data and will I still be able to continue using the app as it is, without any future updates?

    Thank you for coming to the Community with your question. 

    Yes, you can still use the software the way it is, without any connected services. No, you will not lose any of your data. Eventually, the software may not be compatible with your operating system after several updates.

    What version do you have?   See this page for ongoing access to your data if you do not renew the subscription.  You can still enter new transactions manually, except for the Starter Edition which becomes read only and is limited.  

    If you don't renew a subscription about 25% of your screen will be taken up with a reminder to renew.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
