Is there a way to setup a transaction in Bills and Income Reminder for say, the 4th Wednesday?

I am a Social Security recipient. The payment arrives each 4th Wednesday of the month (based on my birthday). Is there a way to setup an income in the Bill and Income Reminder section? Can this be passed to the development team as a 'wish list' item?

    The option is there, it's just kind of hidden. On the Schedule setup page, click the v icon just to the left of the word "Starting". It will reveal this:
