Sync error

Starting getting this error today, "Quicken encountered an error while contacting our servers. General error." It seemed to be downloading transactions, so not sure what's up. Anyone else?

I have been getting the same error message ( see attached ) for the past couple of weeks. Transactions seem to download but I get the display. any one know what is going on?0

Hi, @dhammabob if you're still experiencing this issue please go to 1. The Quicken menu > 2. Preferences 3. Click reset under Cloud account. If that still does not resolve your issue I'd recommend contacting Quicken support for further troubleshooting. Thank you!0

@Quicken Jade The last time I did that, Quicken downloaded a whole bunch of old/dup transactions across multiple accounts which I had to manually resolve, it was unnerving, to say the least, and I like to avoid resetting it if possible.0

Hello, @dhammabob I do understand and apologize for the inconvenience on that issue. If you'd like to avoid resetting I'd recommend you contact Quicken support to see if there are any alternatives to resolve this issue0

@Quicken Jade Well, I also saw a couple of posts with the same issue and resetting the cloud file did not resolve their issue. Are you saying that it will resolve my issue now?0

@Quicken Jade resetting resolved the sync and newer Schwab STATUS_TERMINATION_TIMEOUT issues but again, it downloaded old transactions which I had to manually resolve.0
