Is Nationwide Retirement available as a linked investment account

I have been trying for years After downloading transactions it says This FI is inactive, we cannot connect. Any suggestions?

    I also get this error message Error code: BID = 66941

    Hello RichardK,

    I understand these kinds of connection issues can be frustrating. There are certain things that can cause an error code with the initials, 'BID' in front, and I'll rattle off a list here:

    • Antivirus software
    • Firewall settings
    • VPN (Virtual Private Network)

    Of course, there may be something else at play, but I would want to rule those three items out first. Just a warning: you may have to uninstall any antivirus software you have and disable your FireWall.
