Hidden or Missing Categories

I was trying to assign an expense to an "Education" category, but it does not show in the category list. When I try to add a new category, it tells me it is a duplicate. Oddly, another expense auto-categorized to "Education:Tuition", so I know the category is there, it just doesn't show in the category list. I am sure I am missing something simple, but I have tried multiple filters and the search feature, and it just doesn't show up.

Sorry, I figured it out. Don't know how I missed the "Hidden" checkbox. Doh!
