Transaction download not working for Provident Credit Union

I am using Provident Credit Union and transaction download is not working for past week.

Getting CC-506

Pentagon Federal Union is not working also and there is no error code.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, what connection method are you using with your Provident Credit Union? Where is your main/active file located (external hard drive, cloud-based storage, local hard drive)? Also, have you recently restored a backup? 

    Please elaborate so that we may provide the proper guidance.

    1) Provident Credit Union-Web Connect
    2) The file is in local internal SSD drive (C:)
    3) No. The file is not from backup.

    4) I validate the file and there is no issue.
    5) Other banks are downloading transactions fine. Only Provident Credit Union and Pentagon Federal Credit Union have issue.
