Building a new account file due to corruption of current files

I'm building a new file because the of the multiple instances of data corruption with updates to the transactions.
I have all the latest downloads and updates to Quicken. While building the category lists, I have not found a way to add business categories! The additions all show up in my personal list.
How can this be rectified?
Thanks, Doug

If you want categories to be listed in the Business group, you MUST have a Schedule C tax line item assigned to the category. This also applies to Rental Property...except you MUST have a Schedule E tax line item assigned to those category types.
Quicken only recognizes Schedule C and Schedule E assigned tax lines to categories as Business categories.1 -
I believe you can also apply a Business Tag to a category to make it a Business Category.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100
