FCFCU (NY) One Step Update reports that there are no new transactions - however there are several that do not download.  Quicken is reporting that the download connection is working - however obviously it is not.

    Hello solostorm,

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community regarding this problem. How old are these transactions? Also, be sure that the sort order on your register is set to date by clicking on the top of the 'Date' column. You can also try reseting the register filtering to ensure that filters are not hiding any transactions.

    Thanks,

    Quicken Jared

From the past month.  Not a sort column issue.

    Hi, @solostorm!

Thank you for reaching out with your update. I am sorry that you have been experiencing this issue. Have you tried Disconnecting and Reconnecting your account(s) with FCFCU (NY)?

Note: Before you perform this step, I strongly advise that you Save a Backup. (You can do this by navigating to File>Copy or Backup File>Complete Backup.)

    • Please navigate to Tools > Account List > Edit (next to the account) > Online Services and Deactivate (Repeat with all accounts you have with this bank.)
    • Next, please click OK in the account details box after each of the accounts has been deactivated.
    • When you have finished deactivating all accounts, please click Add Account in the bottom righthand corner of the Account List.
    • In the bank list, find your Financial Institution and continue.
    • A sign-in page should appear - Input your credentials and then follow the prompts.

Note: Make sure that when your account(s) pull(s) up that you LINK them instead of ADD, otherwise you’ll end up with duplicate accounts.

Once you have tried this step, please reach back out with an update so that we know your issue is resolved or that we will need to do further troubleshooting. Thank you!
