Reconcile problem

Whenever I try to reconcile my savings account, the reconcile is not highlighted and I cannot reconcile my account.

    What version of Quicken are you using? 

    If you are using Quicken 2017 for Mac or later, it's possible you have the sidebar groups collapsed and you are actually clicking on a group register rather than the actual account, if you only have a single Savings account. If so, you will see all the transaction listed, but you won't be able to activate Reconcile.

    To correct this, click the three dot (...) icon at the top of the sidebar and select Expand All Sidebar Groups. You would then see your actual Savings account listed under the Savings group. Select that and  you'll be able to reconcile.
