Investment transactions downloaded from Ameritrade

It seems that Quicken is downloading everything from Ameritrade. It appears that some of these transactions are meaningless? Internal transfers adding and removing shares, etc. Has anyone encountered these types of transactions.

    The Quicken to Ameritrade download does not work at all for me. ARRRGGH.
