Ally Bank Connection

I deactivated my Ally Bank connection due to an issue with the download after the latest Quicken update. When I try to re-setup the online connection, I can't get past the "Search for your Financial Institution" page. Any suggestions?

    Hi @KCA_606, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. When you search for Ally Bank, try searching AllyBank with no space and see if that comes up and allows you to re-establish the connection. I hope this helps!

    Hi, Jade. Both typing in Ally and AllyBank bring up the AllyBank icon and website, but once I click on Next, the screen goes back to the "Search for your Financial Institution" page.
