Wrong subscription registered quicken for windows!

Was a long day, but a manager at Quicken discovered that something went wrong with the username and their server, so we changed to another email and it works.
He also mentioned the access to the library and camera in the mobile app is being worked on. It affects some cell phones with android 11 and 12 since the last mobile app update two weeks ago.
