Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Can't connect to Suntrust PC Banking to download transactions into Quicken. Error reported to Quicken. May be related to the merger with Truist.

Having the same issue today and wondering whether it's merger related. Will wait a day and probably try converting the account to Truist. I presume login credentials remain the same. Online web login credentials (the same used in Quicken) are unchanged thus far.1

I see that you are experiencing issues with receiving downloads from Suntrust in Quicken, and I know that this can be a frustrating problem. If you don't mind my asking, have you already tried changing the instance from Suntrust PC Banking to 'Truist Bank' when attempting to add or link an account?

Your Service Provider has fixed this issue. Connection to Suntrust was successful and the account updated.0
