update transactions hangs

Just installed new quicken program update, tried to update transactions -- quicken hangs, have to restart computer. Can't you fix this problem?

We do currently have an active alert regarding this issue, you can follow this link and bookmark the alert in order to stay up to date on any resolutions that we find and any further alerts regarding this issue.
That alert shows resolved but the problem persists. Discover accounts complete quickly in one step update but the other accounts spin indefinitely in "Processing Data."0
