We need the restoration of direct connect with Schwab

The change the web Express plus is a disaster. It's not working and it's messing up everybody's data file. It's time for Quicken to recognize this and to undo its transition

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. Pardon the confusion, but Direct Connect goes through bank servers to obtain and download information into Quicken. At Quicken we do not have access to bank servers and could not ultimately decide whether or not to keep/provide Direct Connect. The only connection that would be at the discretion of the Quicken team(s) would be Express Web Connect.

Hope this provides some clarity.

So maybe many of us Schwab customers should make some noise at Schwab to restore Direct Connect. Granted their Customer Service is not as good as it used to be since Robinhood arrived on the scene
