Issue downloading stock prices in the portfolio window

Have been having problems all day today while attempting to Update stock prices in the portfolio window. It never completes and returns a message stating that the Quicken server is down.

    I understand that issues with account updates can be very frustrating, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this server communication problem. Do you see a particular error code when the message appears? Also, what kind of investment account are you working with?
