One way to reconnect Capital One Card Services

I have found that Capital One cards go into an authorization loop in QWin R37.37 but reconnect easily in R36.54.
I have 2 PCs and often run different releases in order to evaluate them. My production PC is running R37.37 and can not reconnect to Capital One.
My "test" PC is on R36.54 and easily reauthorized Quicken and reconnected for EWC+ download after I copied my production file to it. Then I copied my data file back to my R37.37 machine and it still worked.
So if you're desperate to reconnect your Cap One card, switch to R36.54 and it might work for you also.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
