Issues connecting to Navy Federal credit union

I get the 2fa prompt, but then it fails with a server communication error. "Sorry, but we can not process your MFA answers now. Please try again later."

Been seeing this for several days. Can't remember for sure if it coincided with upgrading to 6.5

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To clarify, the Multi-Factor Authentications do come from the bank/financial institution itself. Therefore, we advised that you contact Navy Federal Credit Union for further assistance. 

    When you have a chance please let us know how it goes and of any other questions concerns.

    2fa works fine with their app or in the web browser. In quicken I get the prompt to choose my mfa method, enter the mfa and then get the error.

    I have this same issue and it's pointing to app not communicting w/servers.

    My error message is: Sync Error
    Warning
    Quicken encountered an error while communicating with our servers.
    Try again later. If the error persists, contact Quicken Support.

    Now I get this error message:

    Institution Login Sync Error
    Warning
    We had a problem syncing this institution login:
    Navy Federal Credit Union

    Please try again. If the error persists, contact Quicken Support.

    Hello robinlaylin,

    Is there any way you would be willing to send a report on the issue? You would do so by going to 'Help' in the menu at the top of the screen while Quicken is open, and then going to 'Report a problem'. This would help our support teams gather vital information and work towards a solution.
