Quicken says there is an update but fails to download it.

Quicken notifies there is an update (Version R37.62) but cannot download it. Says it cannot access server.

That path does not exist. The Quicken video instructions are wrong; do not correctly lead you to any downloads. And the Quicken download page does not list Version R37.62. Very poor customer support for a platform this mature.

UPDATE: Version R37.62 has been removed from "Check for Updates".

Help -> Download Latest Version doesn't exist if you are on the latest version, so most likely it thinks you are already on the latest version.  If you are still on R37.52 then most likely what happened is in between these times they have "paused" the release and you can't get it anymore until they release it to everyone or post the patch on this page:

Thanks Chris! I was able to download this patch after several retries. Windows 11 Pro did not like the patch; I had to run a troubleshooter that reported the patch was compatible with Windows 8. I accepted the suggested fix and it installed.

Interesting, maybe that was the reason it didn't install automatically.

Another interesting item; Quicken says it's installed on Windows 10 Enterprise, not Windows 11.
