Quicken on Web not syncing some accounts with bank

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Windows 10 Quicken does One Step update and all accounts including suspect accounts are updated properly. When trying to add suspect accounts to Quicken on Web, two of the accounts say the password is incorrect. However this can't be, or Windows 10 version wouldn't download. Any ideas where the hitch is?

- Step 1: Reset the cloud data through the desktop program. Go to Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web. Click Reset your cloud data.
- Step 2: After resetting your cloud data. You'll need to sign out of the Mobile App and sign back in: Open the Quicken Mobile App.
