OL 220 A errors when trying to download transactions from NBKC bank 'one step update'

[Removed - Off Topic/Different Issue] I still have the above issue.. Any help to resolve would be appreciated.

I've done all recommendations.....still failing on downloading transactions.....from NBKC bank.... sometimes fails immediately........sometimes get 'updating financial.......' msg......then fails....0
