Slowness or errors when performing a One Step Update

This is issue was supposedly fixed as of this morning. Unfortunately, I am not seeing any improvement. Downloading transaction are taking 5 minutes or more. US Bank PFM accounts are downloading fine. any other banking transactions are as slow as before the announced fix as of this morning..
