Chase bank accounts not updating

Yesterday I along with others were getting that "general error" message upon updating accounts. That seems to be fixed. Today I received a message to upgrade to 6.5.1, so I did so thinking that had to do with yesterday's issue. However. today my Chase Bank accounts are not updating. No error messages, just no matching with cleared transactions. It could be something just on my end but I thought I'd put this out there. Thanks.

Hello @floydfan, thank you for pointing this out and I do apologize for these issues you've been experiencing. Are these transactions posted on Chase's website? If so, I'd recommend resetting your accounts. Here is how you would do that,
- Click on the account name in the bar down the side of Quicken Mac
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-right corner
- Click the Downloads tab
- Click the Reset Connection button
- Login to your account again
- Quicken Jade-1
