Please verify that you can connect to your bank and navigate until you can see your most recent transactions.

I can successfully login into their website.
Using Provident Credit Union-Web Connect
Quicken Mac 6.5
New data file, created yesterday and stored on local SSD
No successful downloads from this bank
All other institutions work as expected.
