Bank of America -- all states -- download incomplete

For some reason, 11+ transactions on my account at the BofA between 12/26 and 12/29 did not download into Quicken. All transactions before and after seem to have downloaded OK.

    Hi @Jack Scripps, I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue. My recommendation would be to rest your account, this can be done by going to Tools > Account List. Click Edit on the specific account > Go to Online Services Tab & Click "Reset Account". Please let me know if this works and I d apologize for the inconvenience!
