Quicken Classic for Mac
Paying Bills, eBills & Scheduled Transactions (Mac)
Bill projection and eBill
Eric
I used Quicken Windows previously. I liked how it projects next scheduled credit card payment - the current balance. Quicken Mac, however, appears to simply use the value entered when the schedule is setup. That's is not very useful, as my credit card balance vary each month. I tried to use eBill, except that doesn't seem to work, as it uses the last payment as projected until eBill is received. Some accounts don't receive eBill reliably either. Is there a way to set Quicken Mac up to do it the way Quicken PC does projected payments?

Hi, Eric:
Quicken for Mac at this time does not have the option to have the current CC (register) balance used as the Amount in the next scheduled transaction/bill reminder.
The eBill/linking accounts is an intended workaround, but as you have found, it only works as well as the underlying bank support.

Current balance seems like a good feature. Perhaps Quicken can add that option?

You, I, and many others have been requesting this for a while. I figure it will eventually will make it in.
