Register Balances (problem with R 37.64)

Updated Windows, Version R 37.64
When entering a new register transaction the ending balance in the register is not subtracting the debited amount, it is adding the amount. The "Ending Balance" on the bottom of the register is correct.
In another account I made a deposit, the transaction did not post and is not in the register (searched for transaction) however at the bottom where it shows "Ending Balance" that is correct.
Does anyone know a fix for this problem?

What R37.64 broke, R 37.65 is supposed to fix ... Click here to download and install the new patch.
