Downloads from Citibank

The payee name in the download file has abbreviated name for example -HC verses House cleaning inc - is this a quicken issues or a setting i need to change or a citibank issue. any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. For this particular instance, I would recommend checking the memorized payee list to ensure that the payee name is listed correctly. If it is not correct, please change it to the correct information. If it is correct, check the box that says "lock" and "Never auto-categorize". A visual example is below.
