Charles Schwab not updating

I have been unable to get my Schwab account to update when I update two other brokerage accounts. Windows 10, Quicken 2017, latest Quicken updates as far as I know. Help please!

    Thank you for coming to the Community to report the issues you are having, though I apologize that you are experiencing this. 

    Are the "two other" brokerage accounts you mentioned through a different financial institution? 

    Also, I am seeing more than one active dataset in your profile. What is the name of the file you are having these issues in?
