Quicken for Windows 37.64 Patch

When I fired up Quicken this morning I was greeted with a message stating that there is some error discovered after the 37.64 update where manually entered transactions are not visible until after a reverse sort is done ( or something similar ) and wanted me to manually download a patch from a link provided in the message. While the pop-up message appears to be part of the Quicken application, is this legit? If so, why is this patch not distributed via the normal update mechanism? I was unable to pull the URL without clicking on it which I wasn't going to blindly do and I haven't been able to get the pop-up message to appear again after initially dismissing it.

I concur. It seems shady to me. I am not going to install it.1

I also concur as the pop up is very different looking and concerning.1

With all the scams going around these days, I'm not going to open and install a Quicken patch on my PC rather than within Quicken itself.1

The link to the R37.65 Mondo Patch is here. It is the same link as the in-product alert.
