37.65 worked, however, 37.66 does not work. I have to go to Tools, On Line Center, One Step Update to download Schwab transactions.

Agree. 65 seemed to fix the initial error, now 66 is causing the same transactional challenges. Why does Quicken play with the software at the most critical time of the year? Last year was a debacle.
