I think I have fixed my Schwab downloads

I have been having trouble with downloading Schwab transactions to 4 Schwab brokerage accounts. Today I went to the "Account Lists", clicked on each account one at a time, and clicked on "Reset". After doing this 4 times for each of my accounts, it seems to be downloading properly. When you reset each time (4 for me) one window will show all 4 of my accounts with a check mark. Leave all 4 check marks for each of the 4 separate resets. I can't believe it. Today is 1/1/21.
