New Budget Problem

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
My Quicken updated as I logged in. After logging in I get a pop up that tells me Quicken can transfer data from my 2021 budget (I don't have one) but is then locked up. The only way out is Ctrl - Alt - Del.
This is not the first time Quicken crashes after an update :s
