Lost Quicken

Quicken Windows 2017 Member
I went to open Quicken said it needed to update I clicked on Yes and the Quicken Icon disappeared and now I apparently have lost the program and all my data.
"Got a message Error 1723 A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run..."
