Account entries do not display when entered the first time

I manually entered a transaction - it is for a 01/03/2022 redemption of cash points in my Amazon account. When I completed the entry by pressing the "Enter" key, the transaction was not visible. The date had changed from today's date (01/04/2022) to the date I had selected (01/03/2022), but all of the other blocks in the transaction line were empty. I then repeated the entry process, exactly as before, and when I pressed the "Enter" key, I then had TWO identical entries. After trying this process in other accounts - Money Market Funds - I had the same result. Today is the first day I have encountered this problem, so it is fair to assume it is caused by the most recent update. Anyone else?

    Go to the updates page and download R37.66, which is advertised as fixing this problem.
    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Premier Subscription on Win10 Pro.
