Trying to update my Quicken Deluxe 6.4.5 my password is not accepted

Is there some different password I am supposed to use besides my Quicken account password? If so I have no idea what I should be using?

Hello @c1heranddave,

I know that login issues like these can be frustrating. Are you simply trying to update the Quicken software, itself? Also, have you tried the login information you use to open your computer with? 

It might be helpful to us if you provide screenshots of the window prompting you for a password.
